He is pouring out His Spirit on all flesh its been going on in the lives of new converts all through up till this present time, till the end of time. The Holy Spirit isn't constantly coming down from Heaven He came down at Pentecost and is here on the earth continually pointing people to God by faith in Jesus. we don't have to call Him down from Heaven every sunday as some think. we do at times need to ask Him to strengthen our faith, but we already have Him when we put our faith in Jesus.

Jesus also referred to the time He was living in, as "These end times", He was stating that the end times were already here 2000 years ago. and at pentecost the Holy Spirit was poured out and continually fills everyone who puts there faith in Jesus so when a sinner repents and believes in Jesus he/she is at that moment filled with the Holy Spirit, Ive been present when people have recieved Christ they always say they feel God's love inside them they are filled at convertion with Him.cont...

It says in Eph 5:18. "And do not be drunk with wine in wich is dissipation; but be filled with the Spirit". it doesn't say, continually, it just says "be filled with the Spirit, in otherwards we are to be Spirit filled, don't add to the word. it says, "speaking to one another in psalms and hyms and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord". read in context all scripture, we already as believers have all we need we just have to be obiendient to the Holy Spirit.

And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams: Acts 2:16-18 . This suggests that the pouring out of the spirit was/is not just on the day (singular) of pentecost. Also God poured out his spirit in the Old testament upon Israel. Ezekiel 39v29. We are also urged in Eph. 5 v18 to be filled with the spirit continually

We already have the Holy Spirit in us when we are born again we have everything we need to have revival, God already poured out His Holy Spirit He doesn't have to keep pouring out His Spirit its up to us to obey His final command to go into all the world and preach the gospel. God's people in the west need to understand that, we have the power of God in our lives to effect change in our society we have to humble ourselves, and pray & seek His face. thats one thing we don't do enough.
